Your Role as a Support Worker:
As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals with learning disabilities live as independently and happily as possible. You’ll offer practical and emotional support while encouraging personal growth and inclusion in the community.

Where You’ll Work – Shakespeare House:
Located in Bedford, Shakespeare House is a specialist supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex needs. It offers a safe, spacious, and nurturing environment for people who may not thrive in larger, mixed-use developments.
With 24-hour staffing and access to neighbouring care home facilities, the service promotes independence while ensuring round-the-clock support. Every person is encouraged to live a full, happy life as an active member of the community.
